Not what I was expecting
The Mens Pleasure Wand is small which made inserting really easy. It fit Snug which made for handsfree. The only thing it didn't do is actually hit the prostate. The Pleasure Wand has a really strong quiet vibration which makes you sphincters vibrate which is a good sensation. Before i got my Pleasure Wand, i thought the body of it would be soft but when i got it and held it, the plastic is really hard. The Device looks as if the vibrator is just a normal bullet with a control, molded into a men's prostate toy. Over all for it being advertised as a prostate massager, it didn't satisfy the job for me. The good side of this is that its inexpensive, ships fast, and arrives discretly. shipped within 4 days of my order date, love the fast delivery, if only the device can deliver what its promise to do.
On a sidenote i have only used it once, i will use it again to see if results change and i will add more information.

Much better than the Aneros. Does exactly what a prostate massager is supposed to do. Withen 2 minutes after insertion I had cum dripping out of my penis without it being touched. Could at least be another inch longer on main part top to bottom too. In my opinion, Doc Johnson should offer at least 3 sizes of this toy because anyone over 4 ft. tall might find this toy uncomfortable in certain positions. Also the top part on the longest part could be just a little thicker in circumference and instead of a dumb handle for the bottom that robs another inch of fun and adds to the discomfort, it should be a flared base instead! Bottom line, wait for an improved version and don't waste your money!

best ever
The only problem I have with this is that it takes two to get the best from it. When my husband is home it is amazing how intense and complete the who body orgasm becomes. I was hoping for something I could use when he was away on business. You do have to be gentle with it but once you get the touch down, there is no stopping it.

nice mid-size
This is my first purchase that doesn't have a remote--I like it much better! The material is easier to clean than nu-skin. This is a nice size without being too big and is waterproof. I LOVE the controls being an easy to use dial instead of buttons. So far, so good, definitely looking at more Doc Johnson products in the future.

Best ever!
I bought my first pocket rocket plus (as well as a plethora of other toys) a couple of years ago. This toy is the only one I ever use as it simply blows the others away! As other reviewers have mentioned, the fit on the top is very tight, as is the fit on the batteries. To get the batteries out of mine I simply take the top off and bang it on my hand a few times and they pop right out. It also runs through batteries fairly quickly and is a bit on the loud side. That being said, I must say that this toy gets me from zero to "hello-oh-my-god!" in less than thirty seconds. Seriously. Mine old one still works, but the mechanism part is showing serious wear and tear, and the top is cracking, so I've decided that I'd better get a new one before it's too late! What this toy may lack in sturdiness it more than makes up for in power and orgasms!
Faulty Switch
Having gone through three of these with my girlfriend I find it amazing that no other review here mentioned the switch overheating and melting.
The plastic that houses the switch is made out of low-melting-point plastic and when it melts it shorts out the switch. Burning plastic smell, hot to the touch, destruction of toy.
Doc Johnson should really recall and recreate these with a harder plastic (like the solid white plastic they use for other toys) because these are by far the best stimulators around. To avoid re-buying them over and over again I switched to using the switchless single-AA models, modified at home by drilling a hole in their base and connecting a vibrating egg remote to it, in effect getting the same 2AA power without the faulty switch (plus egg remotes usually have the ability to vary strength or even have different pulse settings.)
If you find this model in solid white it should be good.

Bad design.
Once you get the batteries in, they don't come out!!
They're a tight fit to begin with, but once you squeeze them in and manage to close the top, they're so wedged in, they wont ever come out.

Not bad
Don't let the small size fool you, this is still a very powerful little vibrator. I like the color and shape. The only awkward thing is the remote control which is attached to the vibrator, kinda gets in the way sometimes, but other than that a good deal.

Not good at all
I bought this and was so excited to try it out. I was very disappointed in its performance. It was really quiet but the vibrations were not very strong. I will be putting this one in a box to just sit since it doesn't do anything else for me.
Weird shape, great buy!
I picked this one up at a sale, it being only 8 bucks or so I thought, sure, why not!
SO glad I did. It's got a really strange shape, kind of reminiscent of a sperm lol..but it's nice and firm, and the bullet is placed nicely. Also, super silent!
It gave me my first GSpot O, which I had pretty much given up on, so give this one a try. It's one of my favorites, despite it's strange shape!
